Lose Weight

Are you planning to lose weight next year? For many people this is a top priority for their New Year's resolution list. The sad part is that most people will fail within the first month. Don't let this happen to you.

If you need to lose weight, the first thing to consider is why? Why do you want to lose weight. In order to succeed you must lose weight for yourself. It must be because you want to live healthier. If you start with the intent finding a "diet" to lose weight, you may very well lose weight. But you will not be successful unless you keep the weight off.

Keeping the weight off is not as difficult as it sounds. The key is to make a permanent change in your lifestyle. Your current habits made you gain the extra weight in the first place. If you go on a diet, then after losing the weight, go back to what you did before. The weight will come back. Guaranteed!
